WHAT IS NUTRITION COACHING? 

Nutrition Coaches serve clients who do not have any known medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, etc.) and want to:

  • Learn more about healthy eating practices

  • Lose or gain weight in a safe and effective manner

  • Improve athletic performance through foods they eat

  • Increase energy through dietary improvements

  • Learn more about healthy shopping, cooking, or sound dining-out strategies

NUTRITION COACHING IS FOR YOU IF: 

  • You have maintained a regular exercise routine but aren’t seeing results  

  • You’ve cycled through the fad diets but haven't changed your habits or experienced sustainable results

  • You always feel fatigued and hungry

  • You want to learn how to make and maintain sustainable changes that will benefit you for life

  • You want to gain skills to manage your nutrition on your own

  • You are ready to create a relationship with your coach, ask questions, and receive honest feedback

  • You are ready to let go of a mindset of “bad” foods, cheat days, and the idea that you always need to be dieting

  • You are ready to shift your focus from just the number on the scale to how you look, feel, and perform

  • You want to make a serious lifestyle change and are ready to put in the effort to do so

NUTRITION COACHING IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

  • You are looking for templates, supplement recommendations, and impersonal responses from your coach

  • You believe that hiring a nutrition coach guarantees automatic results

  • You want a meal plan and a list of foods you can and can’t eat

  • You only want to commit to a 30-day quick fix
