My Favorite Things ~ Ginger Juice

Updated: May 21, 2021

Hey there! It's time for one of my favorite things - Ginger People Ginger Juice!

I first stumbled upon Ginger Juice at Whole Foods when I was whipping up some summery non-alcoholic libations (recipe below). It's become a staple in my grocery cart and fridge. Ginger has amazing health benefits. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and it tastes great! While I love ginger, I don't use fresh ginger often enough and my little root would mold up before I used it all up. Ground ginger is a necessity in the pantry, but nothing can compare to fresh ginger! Enter, The Ginger People. I don't know who they are, but I love them!

The juice is concentrated so a little goes a long way and it captures the potency of fresh ginger! I use it in marinades, sauces, and drinks. It's a winner!

I am sure you can find this yummy concentrate at other places, including Amazon, but I typically buy it at Whole Foods.

Here are some of my favorite ways to use Ginger Juice!
